Machine welding (surfacing) of low-carbon and carbon steels under the flux, electrode manufacture. For automatic welding of carbon steels under the flux: metal structures of bridges, supports, pipes, and pipelines (subzero operations); boilers operating at high pressures and temperatures.
Quality spooling and the uniform lengthwise size of wire along with a low Sulphur and Phosphorus content, to minimize spraying, to ensure smooth burning, good flow ability of the metal and a high quality weld.
Packaging in polypropylene tubing with the corrosion proof inhibited paper is available upon request. Temporary weight rings can be installed upon a customer's request.

Copper-plated welding wire is designed for welding of products made of unalloyed or low-alloy structural steels (max. yield strength 420 MPa), for operations at alternating loads or low temperatures. Wire is widely used in shipbuilding, bridge construction, welding of metal structures, mechanical engineering, and many other sectors.
High quality copper plating, precision layers winding, an the uniform lengthwise diameter in combination with a low content of harmful impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus, ensure uniform arching with minimal spatter and high quality of deposited metal.
Steel basket spool: K300/15-18 kg, K300-52/15-18 kg, K200-52/5 kg. Plastic spool: D300/15 kg (for ?1.0-1.6 mm), D200 kg (for 1.0-1.2 mm wire). Sealed plastic bag with silica gel, a cardboard box, a pallet, stretch wrapping. Pallet crating for the 2-tier loading is available at customer's request.
