News from the Trade Union "Metallurgists of Kuban”. An extraordinary election conference was held on April 25, 2025: Yulia Aleksandrovna Tutsenko who had worked at the plant since 2018 in the sales department, was elected Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee.

Yulia Aleksandrovna took responsibility for the development of the organization and the protection of workers' rights. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of continuity, strengthening trade union positions and active dialogue with the administration of the enterprise.

Among the priorities:
∙ informing employees about their rights and opportunities,
∙ monitoring compliance with labor legislation,
∙ developing social support and professional development programs.
